- The JMZ Initiative capital campaign, led by Friends of the Palo Alto Junior Museum & Zoo and the City of Palo Alto, ensures a renewed facility that will keep this intimate, child-sized experience viable for future generations.
- An expanded Science Outreach program in East Palo Alto that serves over 1,200 students in under-resourced schools each year
- An Updated classroom with science lab for onsite classes, including space for teacher preparation
- New exhibits, including Weaverbird House and Tortoise Hill that provide natural, comfortable habitats for the animals in our care
